Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States. High School and Home School students must have a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 2.5 and taken either the ACT or SAT test.

Current freshman, sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students must have a cumulative college grade point average of at least 2.5 and be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.

Visit the Local Internet Service website and complete the online application form. Submit an essay in 400 words or less: What are the top 5 students can use to stay safe online.

The winner is selected after a team of judges reviews all entries, Applicants are judged on creativity, thoughtfulness, and insight, as well as how well they promoted their post.

The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date.

All student athletes are eligible regardless of the sport they are engaged in. The student must be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute.
