Contact Lens & Glasses Scholarship By Replace My Contacts
Replace My Contacts is offering a $1000 Academic Scholarship Opportunity! To apply for the 2016-17 Replace My Contacts Academic Scholarship, visit here and complete the following two steps, by April 15, 2016.
You will simply let them know if you wear contact lenses or glasses or not. Then you will choose one of the three prompts below to answer in 400 – 600 words.

• Imagine You Had the Ability to See for the First Time. Describe Your First Day with Sight.
• In What Ways Do Contact Lenses Improve Overall Quality of Life?
Upon completion, send your essay to Scholarship@ReplaceMyContacts.com by no later than midnight on April 15, 2016, 12am EST. When officially submitting your essay, remember to include your first name, last name, and the name of the school you are currently attending.
The scholarship is paid to the school of the selected recipient(s) in a one-time amount of $1,000.00 Dollars. To be eligible, you must be a currently enrolled full-time college freshman, sophomore, or junior in the United States, or a high school senior in the United States.
The top essays will be determined by a panel of chosen judges, and the public will be encouraged to help select the winner(s) through online visiting. The winning essay(s) will have received the most votes from online voters.
The scholarships will be awarded in June and the payout occurs in August. Prior to receive payout, you must provide Replace My Contacts with written proof of enrollment in an accredited college, the address of the college’s Financial Aid Office and your college student identification number.

ewaste $1000 Dollar Scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to help you understand the impact of e-waste and what can be done to reduce e-waste.
To apply for the scholarship visit http://www.digitalresponsibility.org/ewaste-scholarship before April 30, 2016.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must be a United States citizen or legal resident who is a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior or a current or entering college or graduate school student of any level. Home schooled students are also eligible.
You will need to let them know what best describes your primary career goal for going to school?
You will then answer a 140-character statement that completes this sentence:
The most important reason to care about e-waste is… The top 10 applications will be selected as finalists. The finalists will be asked to write a full length 500- to 1,000-word essay about e-waste.
The winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
The deadline to apply is April 30, 2016 to coincide with Earth Day.
