R&D Systems Scholarship Program
Application Deadline:
July 8, 2016
Award Amount:
$1,500.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a major declared in a science-related field. Must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a bachelor’s, graduate, or associate degree program.
To Apply:
Visit the R&D website. Download and complete the application. You must submit a top 10 list of your favorite emerging technologies and a 500-word personal essay on the following prompt:
“How do you plan to use your degree to further advance science?”
Submit a transcript of all college/post-secondary coursework (if high school student submit high school transcript).
Finalist will be notified by July 22, 2016.
Applications and written statement must be submitted to to nb-scholarship@bio-techne.com by the application deadline.

Resume Companion Scholarship
Application Deadline:
July 15, 2016
Award Amount:
$1,000
Eligibility Requirements:
All applicants must be enrolled, or due to be enrolled, in full time university education for the semester they are applying to receive the scholarship fund. For example, a senior high student can apply during the Spring 2015 semester, despite still being at high school, as long as they will be enrolled in university for the Fall semester 2015 when they are due to receive the scholarship fund.
To Apply:
Visit the Resume Companion Scholarship website. Create a resume based on the life of any fictional or non-fictional character, from TV, history, literature or myth and send to scholarship@resumecompanion.com. The body of the email should include:
Your name
University attending (if applicable)
Short explanation of whose resume you are submitting

Educational Research Center of America’s Scholarship Program
Application Deadline:
July 15, 2016
Award Amount:
$25,000 to 18 students throughout the country. The top prize will receive a $5,000 scholarship, two runners up will receive a $2,500 scholarship and 15 students will be awarded with a $1,000 scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
All High School students who have recognized a need or problem in their community and have determined a way to address the issue. Must be a resident of the U.S.
Applicants must have recognized a need or problem in their community, have determined a way to address this need or solve this problem, have developed an action plan, and have worked to put the action plan in place so as to address the need or solve the problem. The action plan must be a unique project developed by the student, not a project developed by an established group of which the student is a member.

Visit the Student Research website. Complete the official ERCA Community Contribution Scholarship Competition Application. Semi-Finalists will be notified of their selection on or about August 22, 2016, by certified mail.
